Who We Are

K. K. Tool has been a family-owned and operated business since 1972. John and Rosemary Koehler purchased a Bridgeport machine after discussions with John’s brother, Urbie, and the rest, as they say, is history. 

 

All of John & Rosemary’s children - Paula, Keith, Kurt, Kyle, Kara, & Kris - have been involved with the company. They are working to carry on the vision of hard work and re-investment to make K. K. Tool a successful family-oriented business.

K. K. Tool is still family run with Kevin Koehler as the current president.

Capacity

Through on-site capabilities and a vetted supplier base, we can handle almost any tooling and production job.

Design

Working with customers to develop and design tooling and products.

Grinding

We can handle all of your grinding needs on our diverse lineup of machines.

Machining

Large capacity on-hand machinery including multi-axis: turning, milling, and deburring. 

Press Room

Three on-site stamping presses including Chicago 500, Bliss 110, and Clearing 45.

Quality/Inspection

We utilize a Federal CMM 350 for part inspection. 20"x 42" table capacity.

Wire EDM

We utilize the latest Wire EDM technology with four Charmilles Robofil Wire EDM units.
